Specification of Our Clamshell food box
Production Process
In the thermoforming process, the plastic sheet is first heated to a softened state, ensuring it becomes pliable. Then, a vacuum forming machine is used to remove the air between the mold and the plastic sheet, causing the softened sheet to tightly adhere to the surface of the mold and take on the desired shape. Once the sheet cools down, it will retain this shape. The formed product is then carefully removed from the mold, and any excess edges or scrap are trimmed off, completing the thermoformed product. This process is efficient and precise, making it ideal for producing a variety of plastic products.
